The final story Arc of Satoshi and Pikachu
The first announcement is made to make a pokemon series of 11 episodes. which will be the final story of the satoshi and pikachu. in this final series we will also see all the old friends of the satoshi, like misty and brock. still its not confirmed about the appearance of the misty and brock. but according to the latest revealed visual. it may be possible. so this means satoshi will left this franchise after the end of these 11 episodes, which is going to start from 13th January in japan.
The New Pokemon Series and A New Pokemon Era
The second announcement is a brand new anime series of pokemon. which is going to cast some new characters instead of satoshi. means satoshi will not be the part of this new series. on this occasion of this announcement they also revealed a teaser trailer for this. in the teaser they revealed these two main characters, which will play the main key role of this upcoming new pokemon series. These two characters are revaled as Rico and Roy, which will play the role of satoshi and gou in the upcoming new series of pokemon.
Pokemon New Anime Series release Date
If we talk about the release date of this new series, then it is going to start its broadcasting from April 2023. so now we have two anime series of pokemon. first the final story of satoshi, which will run from 13 January to end of the march. and the second one the brand new pokemon series, which will start its broadcasting from april 2023, after the end of the episodes of final story of satoshi and pikachu. so after these two announcements its also confirmed that the ongoing pokemon series pokemon master journeys will end before the 13th January.
