This popular Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. which was start from the March 2017, which is almost completed its total 29 manga volumes in August 2022. This Manga Series also have an anime television series adaptation produced by Liden Films,and A second season is scheduled for January 2023. finally reach out to the climax with total manga chapters of 278.
Climax
Takemichi and Mikey makes the happy ending of this manga series at the end. In the chapter 276 Mikey allows himself to be completely taken over by his dark impulses. Mikey then immediately lunges at Takemichi with Haruchiyo's katana in his hands, and proceeds to attack Takemichi relentlessly while laughing to himself. Takemichi tries to attack Mikey again and again, but each time he is inflicted with a new injury from Mikey.
Haruchiyo calls out to Takemichi, telling him that Mikey and his dark impulses are inseparable. and that everyone who tried to rid Mikey of the impulses met their demise one way or another. Takemichi yells out to Haruchiyo, telling him to let me handle this, i am not going to die like a loser.
This leads to Mikey coming back to his senses and Takemichi asking for Mikey's hand in desperation in order to time leap once more. As Takemichi is losing consciousness, he tells Mikey that he will try over and over again, until everyone can live a happy life. With Mikey finally realizing what he had done and everyone in tears, He yells out Takemichi's name one more time, and is met with no response, which prompts Mikey to scream in agony at his friend's death.
As everyone is mourning Takemichi's apparent death, Mikey is shown apologising and begging Takemichi to wake up. As a tear from Mikey falls on Takemichi's hand, Takemichi manages to somehow time leap to the even further past of 1998.
Takemichi now in the body of his 8 year old self, where he meets with baaji first. in his first meeting with baaji, baaji challenges him to a fight, when Takemichi was ringing the bell of the mikey's house. because he wants to meet with him to settle the all things of the past, so the future of all the associated people become safer. But within the confrontation against baaji. baaji punches on the face of Takemichi for ringing the bell of mikey's house. after the punch from baaji, Takemichi fell down on the street, sametime mikey's whole family come out from the house.
Takemichi was thinking to himself that he hasn't met any of the Sano family yet, same time Mikey refers to him by his nickname, which shocks him.
later they both acknowledged that they both are the time leapers. Takemichi ask mikey how it becomes possible that, we both time leaped as the same time. then mikey replied, i dont know. the moment you died i kept on wishing that you opened your eyes and next thing i know i am here. After the mikey's answer. Takemichi also states that your tears were falling on my face when i was on the verge of my death, and suddenly i woke up here. after this conversation, later it revealed that in the final battle of Takemichi and mikey, both were died in the end. at the last moment of the fight, the time leap was triggered, because both of them shook hands when they were dying. and successfully time leaped to the past together in 1998.
After all of these incidents, they both decides to secure the future of all the people, which are related to the tokyo manji gang. they gather a meeting of all the toman's leaders and commander. mikey announced in the meeting that you all are the toman's members. now we are going to disband the tokyo manji gang. this is how the climax of the tokyo revengers manga is concluded. now only one chapter is left of this series, which is chapter number 278. which will be the final chapter of tokyo revengers manga series climax.
